Southern Oregon's Own Peony Farm!

Peonies love it here! They like the sun and do best in a sunny or partially sunny location. Perhaps best of all, peonies are deer resistant. Early varieties begin blooming in May and last through mid-June. The peony bush remains green through the summer and it is an attractive addition to any landscape.
Ginnie and Jon Deason have lived in Southern Oregon for over thirty years. Ginnie grew up in Illinois where she has fond memories of peonies including taking huge boquets to college at the University of Iowa. Hence the Deasons began planting peonies as soon as they settled down.
